Conventional cyclone dust collectors are standardized in overall dimensions, with optimal parameters designed for air inlet, outlet and ash discharge ports. Typical models include standard proportional cyclone dust collectors and XLT/A type (formerly CLT/A type).
The XLT/A cyclone dust collector consists of three parts: cyclone cylinder, ash hopper and volute (or wind cap). Classified by cylinder quantity, it has five combinations: single-cylinder, double-cylinder, triple-cylinder, four-cylinder and six-cylinder. Each combination offers two air outlet modes: Type I (horizontal air outlet) and Type II (top air outlet).
For Type I double-cylinder units, two air flow layouts are available: central inlet & outlet and side inlet & outlet. Type I single-cylinder and triple-cylinder only adopt side inlet & outlet. Four-cylinder and six-cylinder combinations only support central inlet & outlet.
All Type II configurations can match any air inlet position of Type I. This dust collector features low resistance, high dust removal efficiency, large air handling capacity, stable performance, small floor space, simple structure and cost-effectiveness. It is applicable to coarse and medium dust purification for mechanical processing, metallurgy, building materials and mining industries.
