The straight-flow cyclone dust collector
The straight-flow cyclone dust collector abandons the traditional inner swirling structure. It adopts a downward exhaust core pipe to separate particle separation and dust collection spaces, forming a straight-flow air passage. Dust-laden airflow enters the guide vanes and spins rapidly under guidance. Particles are thrown to the outer wall by centrifugal force and settle into the ash hopper, while purified gas keeps rotating and discharges from the outlet.
Air flows axially in a single direction with no upward inner vortex, lowering dust backmixing and re-entrainment.
It consists of four main parts: inlet with guide vanes, cylinder, outlet for gas-particle separation and ash discharge device.

PZX straight-flow cyclone dust collector is mainly composed of volute, spiral inclined plate inlet, horizontal inverted cone and drag reduction diffuser. It can be installed horizontally, applied to dedusting and material recovery in industrial fields, and effectively prevents separated dust from being carried away by ascending airflow.
It features low flow resistance. Its dust removal efficiency remains stable even with reduced airflow. No dust accumulation occurs during long-term low-load operation, and resistance rises slightly under high-load conditions. Easy to connect and mount in pipeline systems as a pre-dust collector.
