XLK-type diffusion cyclone dust collector

XLK-type diffusion cyclone dust collector features an inverted conical cylinder that tapers upward, minimizing the risk of dust-laden gas short-circuiting from the cylinder center to the exhaust outlet. Equipped with a deflector at the bottom, it prevents the separated dust from being re-entrained by the secondary airflow and carried out by the rising gas stream. With moderate dust removal efficiency and pressure loss, it is suitable for collecting dry, non-fibrous particulate dust.
 
It is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, foundry, building materials, chemical engineering, food processing, and cement production for collecting dry, non-fibrous particulate dust and smoke, and can also serve as material recovery equipment.
